This is a reminder for students to please make sure that they put all their trash into the trash bins and not in their desks, and not to drop it on the floor or outside the classrooms. We currently have an ant infestation at the school. On Saturday, October 20th, we had an exterminator come to the school. Since there has been no rain the ants are looking for water and food, which is why they are coming into the classrooms. From the start of school we have been asking all students to please make sure they are throwing away their trash into the wastebaskets and not putting it inside their desk. We have also asked them not to eat in the classrooms while class is in session. Everyone has been doing a great job of putting their trash into the trash bins, so please let’s keep up the good work and hopefully, with the help of the students and the exterminator, we will get the ants under control. Parents, please remind your children about putting their trash into the trash bins.
