The PTA board has received a letter from our principal Mr. Hisashi Iwami stating that he will be retiring as of June 19, 2004. Mr. Iwami served as SFVJLI principal for the last 10 years and has taught at various Japanese schools over the last 40 years.

Please join us after the Graduation and Annual Speech Festival to thank him for his years of leadership and wish him a very well deserved retirement.
