THE END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR

The Memorial Day Weekend and its gloomy weather are now over, and the fun-filled summer is almost around the corner. Whether you have been studying hard or you wish you could have more work, it’s almost over. It is my great pleasure to see our hard working students completing another year at SFVJLI. And I appreciate very much all the parents, staff, and teachers who have worked very hard to run this school smoothly. This year, we are happy to celebrate two students who are graduating from our school. You should be very proud of yourselves for what you’ve achieved by attending this school every week for the last several years while your friends in local school have enjoyed sleeping in every Saturday. And I hope you will cherish the knowledge you’ve acquired here and your friendship with your classmates. As for returning students, your classroom teachers are preparing summer assignment worksheets. It is important to review what you’ve learned throughout the year and go over your textbooks in the areas you have missed or almost forgotten. For a smooth transition, please make sure to go over your summer assignment worksheet during the summer break. New classes will be determined based on the results of the placement test, and you will be notified by mail during the summer. Please finish your registration on the first day of school next school year, which will be September 6th, and come to your new classroom. Enjoy your summer, and we hope to see all of you back in September!
