SFVJLI is giving students who volunteer for yard duty community service hours.  We have 3 very dedicated students that are taking advantage of the generosity of the school. 

My understanding is that community service is now taken into consideration for admission to colleges and universities.  I hope more of the older students at SFVJLI who are in high school will take advantage of the generosity of the school by helping out with Yard Duty responsibilities.  You are here at SFVJLI to lean Japanese.  Why not kill two birds with one stone and help out with yard duty and get community service credit also.
